Facility
Zemen has well established learning center and an administration
headquarter at central Addis Ababa, capital city of Ethiopia.
Library

Zemen has library with collection of 2,000 vital academic books. In addition to the main library, zemen has postgraduate reading room that has a collection of 2,000 case studies, journals and selected academic books. The libraries have access to Internet and students are able to browse books from online (open sources) and main server.
Furnished Classrooms

The learning centre accommodates three training rooms holding 15, 20 and 25 students respectively. There is also a lecture room holding 32 students in comfortably. There are 4 syndicate rooms for group work and conducting mini-classes (up to 12 students at a time);
IT and
Resource Rooms

The learning centre has an Information Technology (IT) and Resource rooms with 32 computers connected to Internet and networked with each other and whole computers in the learning centre. The connected computers in resource centre give students access to books, case studies and other useful resources loaded on the main server computer.

Centered Management Support System
Zemen
has established an open, team-based management system where students can
directly meet with support and programme staff to obtain quick services
and solutions. The team working spirit has boosted service and management
efficiency since it was introduced in September, 2010.
The teams are interconnected to each other, to students and clients
through local area networking and broadband internet available at the
learning centre which has brought a collective benefit to students by
providing quick and efficient support, which is core competency area of
Zemen.
Printing
and Publishing Room
Zemen
has printing and publishing room equipped with heavy duty capacity digital
copier, heavy duty printer, photocopier and relevant printing and
publication equipments.
Reference books from open sources would be downloaded, printed and bound by this department. There are more than 500 important books printed and bound by the department so far and zemen is preparing itself to print up to 5,000 books in 2010/11 which would be the sole responsibility of this department. Similarly, the department has been printing and duplicating study materials, modules and study books for the purpose of conducting classes for its postgraduate and master‟s programmes as well as trainings conducted by zemen.
The department is also responsible for the duplicating,
labeling.
